OMd’vine is an exclusive and sustainable packaging project that celebrates the 27 cycles of nature that have shaped Omdesign®’s journey. It is a tribute to the environment and to the lasting relationship of gratitude we have with it, a symbol of renewal and sustainability. At its core lies a deep respect for the life cycle of the vine. Created from reused vine prunings — materials often discarded or burned — the outer sleeve of the packaging transforms waste into a valuable alternative to wood and to other materials produced from felled trees or finite resources. After fulfilling its main purpose of safely transporting and protecting the 10 cl bottle of organic Port wine, the sleeve, when unfolded, becomes a tray, showing how we see surplus not as waste but as opportunity. We used every part of this packaging to convey our ecological message. From the base of the bottle, which contains organic roasted almonds that pair perfectly with Port wine, to the cardboard sleeve and vine tray, every element was carefully designed to embody our commitment to the Luxury of Sustainability.
